  • Security and fire audit is carried out based on evaluation of the existing infrastructure and procedures for a precise appreciation of their efficacy and identification of grey areas.
  • The audit process includes on-the-spot inspections and interactive analysis, guided by exhaustive checklists.
  • Gadgets are recommended after a thorough analysis of their role, compatibility, and extent of integration with other aspects of the security or fire protection infrastructure.
  • Estimation of manpower is optimal, well defined, and poised to complement the security setup and maximise its efficacy.
  • The security plan includes crisis management schemes formulated after considering the vulnerabilities of the undertaking, with clearly defined roles for all stakeholders.
  • Measures to prevent internal theft of spares and raw material are given due attention.
  • All measures required to strengthen the existing system are suggested, including physical protection, document security, prevention of information leakage, and inventory movement.
  • Procedures on material and finished-product movement are streamlined.
  • Deployment of manpower and pattern of deployment along with duties and responsibilities are worked out. A guard monitoring plan and operating procedures for duty points are suggested wherever required.
  • All existing gadgetry is evaluated, and necessary improvements, additional gadgets, and their integration are suggested.
  • An internal audit procedure for evaluating the security systems is developed, including exhaustive checklists and analytical formats.
  • An internal intelligence collection system is suggested wherever required after evaluating existing systems and activities of groups working at the establishment.
